The clock has a gorgeous butterscotch catalin case in very good condition with minor scratches, chips and has one visible crack noted in the photos. The crack, about one inch long, is on the right side and is barely seen. The movement is electric and the clock face has three rotating circles which move in opposite directions to create the time. The circles are made of metal with large black numbers on each wheel. Overall, the clock measures approximately 8 3/4″ by 2 5/8″ by 5 1/8. The clock has been tested, and the motor runs all the time but does not keep time when plugged in. The motor is fine, visibly turning, as shown in the video posted. The minutes turn accurately to time, but the hour and the middle 0-60 minute hand appear to be are stuck together. So, if one can figure out how to disengage the two, it is quite possible it will work fine. As an engineer, I don’t want to take it apart; there are more clock-skilled out there than I. The overall condition of the clock is very good. It is very clean, and it has standard associated wear for an item of its age. You can expect to find some very slight surface wear. The bottom is a bit beat up, but as can be seen in the pictures, the labels are still on the bottom, including a repair tag. The power cord is original, and it appears to be in good electrical order with no splits that I can see. I will take specific photos if desired. This is really a gorgeous clock that has survived very well through the years. It was my Uncle Ted’s.
